Individual spiritual direction occurs every four to six weeks and contains the following components:

  • Opening Liturgy

  • Wisdom from Others

  • Wisdom from Scripture

  • Shared Silence

  • Closing Benediction

In individual direction, we will

  • check in with your body

  • invite the Spirit to guide our conversation

  • close with a benediction
