The Spiritual Exercises

The Exercises were developed by St. Ignatius and are still relevant five hundred years later. If you’re looking for a way to know Jesus intimately and experience the Gospel firsthand, the Exercises are for you.

Five Movements:

  2. Life as a Loved and Forgiven Sinner

  3. The Kingdom

  4. The Passion

  5. Life after Death

The Process:

  • Daily Prayer

  • Bi-weekly meetings

  • Thirty-one weeks plus breaks

  • Aligned with the liturgical calendar
